Do I need a mattress protector?
Mattresses can get pretty dirty over time.
An unprotected mattress can become stained quite quickly: the natural perspiration at night, the constant shedding of dead skin cells, the oil the skin produces and other factors can produce a “wet spot” on the bed.
If you don’t use a mattress protector, all this can soak through your sheets into the mattress and once there, it is almost impossible to get it out.
If you don’t protect your mattress, you will be sleeping in filth. BDermofresh prevents all this!

What is BDermofresh made of?
BDermofresh is made from TENCEL/SMARTCEL and laminated with polyurethane.
TENCEL is a cellulose fiber made 100% from wood, mainly from Eucalyptus tree and it deals with moisture like no other.
Does BDermofresh slides or crinkle?
No slide, no crinkle. BDermofresh fits to your mattress and enhances your comfort.
Does BDermofresh make noise with movement?
No noise. BDermofresh is totally unnoticeable!
I have a very comfortable mattress (memory foam, pocket sprung, cool gel, latex…). Will BDermofresh blocks the comfort of my mattress?
BDermofresh is breathable and preserves all the properties of the mattress.
Where the BDermofresh fitted sheet is made?
BDermofresh bedding products are designed and manufactured by Bedding Industrial Begudà SL. It is a European product, made in Spain.

My mattress is already anti-bacterial. So why should I use BDermofresh?
Generally the anti-bacterial / anti-dust mites mattresses have chemical treatments to reduce the bacteria / dust-mites colonies during the early years, but after a period of time these effects are totally gone.
BDermofresh is the unique hypoallergenic fabric that acts as an effective barrier in a natural way and without chemical treatments against bacteria / dust-mites.
Are there any anti-bacterial chemicals sprayed into BDermofresh products?
No. Differing with common anti-bacterial mattress protectors in the market, BDermofresh products do not contain harmful chemicals. Moreover, BDermofresh products own Oeko-tex Standard 100 certificate.
It is even a product suitable for babies use.
If I do not have a dryer, can I hang my BDermofresh out in the sun to dry?
Yes. We recommend hanging it with textile face facing out and laminate facing in.
Does BDermofresh mattress protector protect me against bed bugs?
For barrier and prevention against bed bugs, as well as dust mites, bacteria and fungi, we recommend you our mattress encasement.
Does BDermofresh mattress protector protect me against dust mites?
Due to Tencel excellent moisture absorption, mould and mites development is prevented. A dry sleeping area prohibits water condensation, which makes the formation of mould impossible, as well as a drastically declines the concentration of mites.
Why do you say that BDermofresh has a cosmetic effect?
The fiber composition of BDermofresh fabric contains the essential trace element zinc. Zinc is vital for our body and our skin. It helps to defend against infections and promotes healing.

Can I use an electric blanket on my mattress protector?
Yes, but it could shorten the life of BDermofresh product and your mattress.
How do I remove the stain?
Please follow the washing instructions carefully.
To remove blood stains rinse the product under cold water. This dissolves and removes most of the stain. What remains is mostly fat. Then wash the product with hot water and alkaline detergent.
